至れり尽くせり私は糖尿病ではないのですが、特定健診に引っかかって積極的支援の対象になってしまいました。何か出来ることはないかと思いリブレ2を使い始めたとき、YouTubeで調べていたらこのアプリを紹介されていて知りました。iPhoneの画面表示の固定やライブアクティビティーにも対応しているし、Apple Watchでもライブアクティビティーで表情されるのでずっと見てます。お陰様で血糖値が上がらない工夫が出来ている気がして、頑張ろうって気にさせてくれます。
