退会しづらい使わなくなったのでキャンセルしようとしたが、完了までに何回も思い止まらせるための画面を挟んできて、完了したつもりが出来ておらず3ヶ月も余計に月額料金を支払っていた。お金返して欲しい。退会時にはきちんと完了したか確認してください。
